Incorrect Item

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an incorrect item and would like a refund, please contact us
at
 mamcustomerservices@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your package.  Be sure to include photos of the item and also invoice, so we can review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible. 

 

Kindly note that, due to hygiene considerations, soap is classified as a personal care product and is therefore non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for sale items or gift cards.  We greatly appreciate your understanding !

 

Payment Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at mamcustomerservices@gmail.com.
