This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we process, fulfill, and deliver your orders across Canada.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery Times
- Orders are processed and shipped within three working days depending on
payment (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the
next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped,
including tracking information.
- Estimated delivery times (after processing): 3-9 business days depending
on payment.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier
delays, weather, or holidays.

Above all are standard delivery options, do not include signature confirmation. If you would like this option, please indicate it in the order comments (or contact us by email mamcustomerservices@gmail.com) for the request. There will be issued for the additional cost. Please note that MAM is not responsible for packages left at the door, and we cannot be held liable for stolen or missing items.
MAM cannot guarantee that separate orders will be grouped. Customers are responsible for combining purchases into a single order to minimize shipping costs. If the shipping fee paid is much lower than the actual delivery cost, MAM may need to cancel the order or request the correct shipping fee before proceeding with delivery. In such case, MAM will contact the customer to discuss available options or issue a refund.
MAM is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to a customer address error (e.g., missing apartment number or incorrect address), a redelivery fee of $16 (or more) + taxes will be charged. This fee applies even if the original order exceeded $60~80 + taxes and qualified for free shipping.

Free local pickup is not available yet.
❗ Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but please note that we’re not responsible for any loss, damage, delays caused by the carrier or misdelivered parcels. Customers are responsible for verifying their delivery address when placing an order.
